Salary: $130,000–$264,000 USD per year

What you will do
- Define and rationalize the strategic direction for the Stock Plan Services (SPS) Product Domain.
- Identify product features that deliver maximum business partner and customer value for Equity Compensation Products.
- Analyze market/product feature gaps and new business ideas to support future growth of the business.
- Define the SPS Domain Product story and interface with clients to share focus areas and roadmap.
- Manage chapter area resources responsible for defining product features for the execution portfolio.
- Partner with the sales organization and Fidelity Workplace Consulting to align tactical solutions with strategic product offerings.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- 15+ years of financial services work experience.
- Proven track record of defining a strategic product vision and creating business cases.
- Experience engaging with executive and senior (C-suite) internal and external customers and partners.
- Experience defining complex product features spanning Workplace and Brokerage Capabilities.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
Nice to have
- Series 7, 63 and 24 licenses preferred.
- MBA preferred.
- Brokerage experience a plus.
