What you will do

  • Monitor market and retailer activity to develop cost-effective sales strategies.
  • Identify and evaluate business opportunities to improve revenues and customer relationships.
  • Coach distributor and customer sales forces to align with brand objectives.
  • Collaborate with marketing, finance, and operations teams locally.
  • Develop strategic plans to meet customer needs and expand relationships.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on sales data, forecasts, and competitor analysis.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Argentina (CABA) with frequent travel to Bolivia
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proactive mindset and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data.
  • Proven commercial experience.
