What you will do

• Produce simple, maintainable code and seek continuous improvements.
• Ensure platform performance, especially with complex data structures and high request volumes.
• Be responsible for comprehensive code testing (unit, acceptance, integration, load, performance tests).
• Understand existing architectures and evolve them to meet future product needs.
• Mentor others in writing high-quality code.

Requirements

• Outstanding software engineering skills.
• Proven experience developing production applications, preferably in Node.js.
• Ability to convert design into code using current software engineering best practices.
• Experience in distributed services and bank services is highly valued.
• Experience developing medium/large-scale web applications and distributed systems.
• Experience operating services in a production environment with a systematic approach to problem-solving.
• Experience with unit, integration, functional, and e2e testing.
• Must be fluent in Spanish and English.
