What you will do

• Guide backend architecture, testing, and technical decisions across teams for scalable, high-quality delivery.
• Own and solve complex tasks in large projects or lead small projects independently.
• Collaborate with DevOps, product managers, and design teams to translate requirements into functional solutions.
• Mentor peers and balance business priorities with technical needs.
• Adhere to and contribute to team working agreements while working autonomously.

Requirements

• Strong backend expertise with pragmatic approach to technical solutions.
• Proficiency in clean architectures, best practices, and testing.
• Hands-on experience with event-driven systems and databases like PostgreSQL.
• Daily communication in English in an international environment.
• Experience with tech stack (TypeScript, Node.js, React, Java) is a plus.
