What you will do

• Manage website updates and landing page production ensuring timely delivery and quality assurance.
• Coordinate between marketing, design, and development teams to maintain version consistency and performance monitoring.
• Map, document, and improve marketing processes and workflows including light automations.
• Maintain internal documentation and manage marketing tools and integrations.
• Oversee company presence and campaigns on external review platforms.

Requirements

• English: C1 level or higher required
• 2–4 years experience in marketing operations, web project management, or marketing coordination.
• Familiarity with ClickUp, Google Sheets, HubSpot, and Slack.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally and improving workflows.
