What you will do
- Develop and deliver training programs, onboarding frameworks, and sales playbooks tailored to Singapore’s property landscape.
- Define and track sales KPIs and dashboards to monitor team performance and identify improvement areas.
- Lead initiatives to improve CRM usage, pipeline management, and sales workflows.
- Collaborate with Tech and Ops teams to automate and simplify sales processes.
- Support go-to-market planning, territory design, and incentive programs specific to Singapore’s market dynamics.
- Drive adoption of best practices across sales teams and ensure alignment with hirify.global’s commercial strategy.
Requirements
- Proven years of experience in sales operations, enablement, or strategy, ideally within tech, digital marketplaces, or property-related industries.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and performance metrics.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in tools like Excel, Tableau, or Looker.

- Experience in property tech, SaaS, or digital marketplaces.
