What you will do

  • Drive new business growth by executing targeted outbound prospecting strategies.
  • Qualify and nurture leads through multi-channel outreach including social selling, cold calls, email sequences, and event follow-up.
  • Master the lead generation process, supporting marketing activities and ensuring qualified handoffs.
  • Conduct persistent follow-up calls and emails until meetings are successfully set.
  • Contribute to sales strategy and help build out the Sales Playbook by sharing market insights.

Requirements

  • Native in Portuguese and fully proficient in English (C1/C2 level) for clear business communication.
  • 2 years of proven experience in a Sales Development, BDR, or similar outbound commercial role.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets in a quota-carrying role.
  • Experience working directly with B2B clients in Brazil.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales engagement tools.
