TL;DR

Business Development Representative (SaaS): Introducing hirify.global’s solutions to new enterprise prospects and identifying opportunities to fuel sales growth with an accent on multi-channel outreach and pipeline creation. Focus on executing event-driven campaigns and leveraging a full tech stack for outreach and data management.

Location: Proximity to Boston or Denver preferred, but remote flexibility is available within the United States.

Salary: $50,000 – $55,000 base / $70,000 - $80,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Research and identify enterprise CPG and retail accounts aligning with hirify.global’s ideal customer profile.
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales and Marketing to optimize outreach messaging and go-to-market strategies.
  • Conduct multi-channel outreach (calls, email, text, video, LinkedIn) to generate interest and book qualified meetings.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and senior BDRs to execute on event-driven campaigns.
  • Leverage Salesforce, SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and hirify.global’s intelligence for outreach and data management.
  • Track and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly activity and meeting targets.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a professional, customer-facing, or prospecting role (sales, marketing, or support).
  • Motivated by measurable goals and demonstrate resilience, grit, and consistency.
  • Intellectually curious and an excellent communicator.
  • Ability to confidently engage prospects at tradeshows and networking events.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, especially when managing CRM data and follow-ups.
  • Adaptable and eager to learn enterprise sales.

Nice to have

  • Experience in SaaS or enterprise sales development.
  • Experience calling into Food/Beverage CPG brands and Grocery Retail industry.
