What you will do

  • Own the technical delivery plan for multiple interdependent workstreams, translating business objectives into roadmaps with milestones and acceptance criteria.
  • Run day-to-day engineering execution, tracking progress and managing dependencies across hirify.global and customer teams.
  • Embed with customer teams to land production deployments, drive adoption, and lead change management.
  • Partner with Product and Research teams to align platform components and research with deployment goals.
  • Codify reusable solution patterns and extract field insights to improve products and models.
  • Own value cases and ROI by setting impact hypotheses, measuring outcomes, and reporting to executive sponsors.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Tokyo, Japan
  • 7+ years of customer-facing technical delivery leadership experience.
  • Proven success leading large, complex customer engagements, ideally involving AI systems.
  • Strong technical fluency with experience shipping AI/LLM systems and managing complex workflows.
  • Ability to operate in high ambiguity, simplify complex problems, and make strategic trade-offs.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25-50% and work onsite with customers.
