What you will do

• Support technical operations for electrical/software development, validation, and product release.
• Maintain customer test benches, performing initial troubleshooting and triage of issues in vehicles and manufacturing plants.
• Lead the electrical and software integration of hirify.global products into customer vehicles.
• Facilitate the customer change management process, including inputting technical requirements and tracking approvals.
• Provide technical analysis for warranty parts and offer field/dealership support.

Requirements

• 5+ years of customer-facing or design engineering experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a related engineering field.
• Knowledge of PDM, PLM, and automotive databases.
• Experience solving complex mechanical and electronic integration issues.
• Must be willing to work onsite in an office, manufacturing facility, or client-site.
• Clean driving record required (no more than 4 active points for moving violations).

Nice to have

• Master's degree in an engineering field.
• Prior experience as an application or design engineer specifically for automotive electronics.
• Direct experience with the target customer.
