Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 USD

What you will do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing onboarding, reporting, and ongoing support.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery and maximize claims outcomes.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to support business strategy and identify industry trends.
  • Contribute to thought leadership, sales enablement, and research-based insights.
  • Monitor key deadlines, filings, and data-related requests to ensure timely action.
  • Support contract renewals and facilitate recurring business reviews with clients.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in class action or related financial services.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, legal studies, or equivalent.
  • Strong understanding of securities class action plan allocations and audit processes.
  • Proven experience in project management, client management, or account management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present to senior stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience in research, strategy, or sales support.
  • Familiarity with preparing research-driven business materials and presentations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
