What you will do

• Lead strategic and critical product initiatives to advance Fidelity’s Annuity and Insurance business.
• Develop business cases, user experience journeys, and establish product and business needs with FIA Commercialization.
• Document requirements and collaborate with delivery teams to prioritize and develop digital experiences.
• Work with cross-functional teams including Wealth Platform, Experience Squads, and IT to develop, test, and launch products.
• Conduct strategic, competitive, and market research with User Experience and CKSI teams.
• Support field readiness activities for product launches with Distribution, Service, and Operations teams.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States or able to work hybrid in Fidelity offices.
• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years or Master’s degree with 6+ years in project management and business analysis.
• Experience with annuity and insurance products is highly desired.
• Proficient in product frameworks, requirements elicitation, gap analysis, and business acceptance testing.
• Strong strategic problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Miro, and PowerPoint.
