What you will do

• Liaise with portfolio managers, traders, and quants to identify investment needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Act as the subject matter expert on fixed income business workflows and system capabilities.
• Partner with developers and product owners to ensure successful project outcomes within an Agile framework.
• Interface with external vendors including BlackRock Systems, Bloomberg, and Perform.
• Support the full project lifecycle from planning and design to testing and rollout.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in or supporting fixed income investment teams, preferably in asset management.
• Hands-on experience with Aladdin modules and capabilities.
• Strong understanding of database and reporting systems, preferably PowerBI.
• Familiarity with Agile methodology and cloud-based development.
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Must be comfortable working in a hybrid model with 4 days per week in the Atlanta office.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of Python programming.
• Experience with cloud-based development environments.
