TL;DR

Location: Hybrid with onsite presence every other week in a Fidelity office in the United States

Salary: $80,000–153,000 USD per year

What you will do

  • Assess business needs and perform detailed analyses to support product development.
  • Compose user stories with clear descriptions and acceptance criteria.
  • Establish business acceptance testing plans and strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers and business stakeholders.
  • Support multiple interconnected products and manage overlapping priorities.
  • Translate complex requirements between business and technical teams.

Requirements

  • Location: Hybrid role requiring onsite presence every other week in a Fidelity office in the US
  • 5+ years of experience in business analysis and Agile methodologies.
  • Proficiency in SQL and API testing tools.
  • Experience with documentation and UX tools such as Confluence, Figma, and Miro.
  • Strong communication skills to explain complex requirements to diverse audiences.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; CBAP certification is a plus.

  • Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS).
