Salary: $70,000–$80,000

What you will do

• Identify customer needs and assess market opportunities to drive product differentiation.
• Evaluate proposed requirements and development programs for new product launches.
• Prepare return-on-investment analyses and establish project timelines.
• Collaborate with Marketing to develop integrated go-to-market plans across sales and advertising.
• Write business requirements, user stories, and conduct user acceptance testing.
• Support operational requirements and product pricing strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 2-3 years of experience as a Product Analyst or similar role.
• Demonstrated experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Proven ability to write business requirements, use cases, and user stories.
• Strong communication skills with a track record of cross-team participation.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in the Financial Services industry.
