TL;DR

Location: Hybrid (Milan, Italy)

Salary: €50,000–€60,000

What you will do

  • Own full lifecycle of growth activities focusing on product-led growth.
  • Develop and manage multi-channel customer acquisition, activation, and expansion pipelines.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Customer Experience, and Sales teams.
  • Identify and ship growth features like onboarding flows, in-app nudges, and pricing tests.
  • Build and mentor a small, high-performing Growth team.

Requirements

  • Location: Hybrid in Milan, Italy
  • 7+ years in Growth, Marketing, or Revenue roles in SaaS or high-growth environments, with 2–3 years in senior/lead roles.
  • Fluency in English; Italian or other European languages are a strong plus.
  • Experience with HubSpot, marketing automation, Google Analytics/GA4, and A/B testing tools.
  • Strong consultative, analytical skills and ability to communicate complex data effectively.
  • Hands-on mindset with ability to iterate quickly in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience with AI-powered automation and experimentation.
  • Strong collaboration skills influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority.
