TL;DR

Senior Territory Account Executive (SaaS/Security): Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing for new and existing mid-enterprise and enterprise customers in Hungary, Slovenia, and Serbia with an accent on new business acquisition, cross-selling, and driving product adoption. Focus on leveraging channel partners, applying structured sales methodologies like MEDDPICC, and exceeding quarterly sales targets.

Location: Hybrid, based in London, Amsterdam, or Munich. Regional focus on Hungary, Slovenia, and Serbia. Travel up to 35% required.

What you will do

  • Manage the full sales cycle for new and existing mid-enterprise and enterprise customers.
  • Identify and advance cross-sell opportunities and drive adoption of new products.
  • Proactively identify new business opportunities and convert prospects into customers.
  • Collaborate with channel partners, Sales Engineers, Marketing, and Product Specialist teams.
  • Execute targeted call campaigns and apply structured sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC).
  • Meet and exceed quarterly sales targets and maintain a healthy, qualified pipeline.
  • Engage confidently with C-level executives and senior decision-makers.

Requirements

  • Written and spoken fluency in English and Hungarian and/or Slovenian.
  • 6+ years of experience selling SaaS solutions, preferably in Security, to mid-enterprise and enterprise customers.
  • Proven success in new business acquisition and expansion within existing accounts.
  • Strong background in B2B SaaS solution selling.
  • Solid understanding of IT and cybersecurity concepts.
  • Ability to grasp and articulate complex technical solutions.
  • Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
