What you will do
- Collaborate with HR Service Center agents, acting as Tier 2 support for production issues in North America, Latin America, and EMEA regions.
- Provide resolutions or recommendations for production issues to meet Service Level Agreements.
- Troubleshoot and research issues with team members, ensuring timely updates to users.
- Create or maintain end-user training documentation and train HR Service Center agents and users.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Information System, Computer Science, Information Technology, Analytics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrate exceptional organizational and analytical skills, close attention to detail, and strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to determine root causes of technical problems and document effectively, escalating appropriately.
- Good team player with the ability to develop strong working relationships with cross-functional teams.
Nice to have
- HR Domain Knowledge.
- Workday or other HR System Experience.
- Good learning ability and working attitude.
- Ability to take initiative.
