What you will do

• Develop and execute 2-year joint business and go-to-market plans to scale partner accounts.
• Lead rapid onboarding of channel partners and manage partner sales capabilities and enablement.
• Drive revenue growth and manage quota, pipeline, and bookings across sales portfolio.
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships with regional partners and internal sales teams.
• Create integrated marketing campaigns to generate pipeline and leads.
• Provide regular KPI reporting and develop strategic account plans.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
• 5+ years experience in recruiting, onboarding, and managing channel partners with proven revenue growth.
• Strong knowledge of database or infrastructure software products preferred.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Willingness to travel across the region.
• Customer-first mindset and ability to work in matrix team environments.
