What you will do
- Engage and qualify inbound leads via phone, chat, and email.
- Tailor sales pitches to customer needs.
- Handle a high volume of inbound conversations and calls.
- Collaborate with Sales team to pass qualified leads and support deal closures.
- Log activities accurately in HubSpot CRM.
- Contribute insights to improve processes and team performance.
Requirements
- Strong fluency in English plus native fluency in Italian and Spanish.
- At least one year in a customer-facing role; SDR or BDR experience is a plus.
- Enthusiasm to learn and grow into a sales closer role.
- Excellent interpersonal and phone communication skills.
- Genuine interest in web-based solutions and digital environments.
