TL;DR

Brand Technical Specialist Intern (Sales Program): Collaborating across sales teams to advise and support client engagements by building credibility, developing proposals, and defining hirify.global solutions with an accent on sales prospecting. Focus on delivering proof of concepts and applying hirify.global’s sales methodology to identify new business opportunities.

Location: Hybrid in Markham, Ontario, Canada. Candidates must have the ability to work in Canada without sponsorship.

What you will do

  • Build credibility and trust through consultative methods to facilitate complex deals.
  • Develop proposals for clients to grow their businesses with hirify.global’s technology solutions.
  • Deliver proof of concepts and simplify complex technical subjects for client education.
  • Design feasible hirify.global solutions that complement and enhance clients' existing tech stacks.
  • Apply hirify.global’s sales methodology for prospecting new clients and expanding with existing ones, including cold calling.
  • Support Business Development and technical colleagues to identify up-/cross-sell opportunities.

Requirements

  • Actively enrolled undergraduate or graduate university student seeking a B.S. or M.S. degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent.
  • Client-focused, asking open-ended questions and understanding needs to address business challenges.
  • Tech-savvy and conversant about technology and industry trends (e.g., Analytics, AI, Automation, Cloud, Security).
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and interpersonal).
  • Be a self-starter, motivated to work with clients and able to lead projects independently.
  • Must have the ability to work in Canada without sponsorship.
  • Not eligible if a Foreign National from US sanctioned countries (Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and specific regions of Ukraine) on a work permit.

Nice to have

  • Programming coursework or experience.
  • Prior work experience in client sales or service.
