Technical Support Professional (DevOps)

What you will do

• Reproduce and debug customer issues using test environments and tools.
• Manage high-severity incidents and provide on-call escalation support.
• Collaborate with global teams including engineering, sales, and customer success.
• Document all customer interactions and contribute to product documentation and knowledge bases.
• Attend product engineering meetings to discuss support-related issues.
• Continuously improve support processes and automation tools.

Requirements

• Must be based in the Netherlands with ability to commute to Amsterdam or other major cities.
• At least 5 years of support engineering experience and 5 years in DevOps, software engineering, or system administration.
• Strong communication skills and ability to troubleshoot urgent technical problems.
• Experience reading Go code and familiarity with GitHub.
• Work in-office 1-3 times per week as per location.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
• Experience with REST APIs, command line tools, and scripting (Bash, Python, PowerShell).
• Hands-on experience with Terraform Enterprise or Terraform Cloud.
• Familiarity with distributed systems, microservices architecture, and containers.
• Interest in cloud adoption and scalable technology.
