Implementation Engineer

What you will do

• Implement and integrate clients to the Digidentity Identity Platform to ensure smooth onboarding.
• Work with project managers and customers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Configure and customize the platform, including user interface customization and integration with existing systems.
• Run system testing to confirm functionality and identify and resolve issues or bugs.
• Provide technical guidance and support to customers during implementation, including troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with development, product management, and customer support to deliver successful projects.

Requirements

• Fluent Dutch (C1 level or higher) is mandatory.
• Fluent English (C1 level or higher) is mandatory.
• 1–3 years of experience implementing or configuring software solutions (internships included).
• Understanding of APIs and basic integration concepts (REST, web services).
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Nice to have

• Exposure to identity management protocols such as SAML, OAuth, or OpenID Connect.
