TL;DR

Sales Development Representative: Progressing marketing client interests and converting them into Sales Qualified Leads with an accent on lead qualification and sales execution. Focus on identifying new opportunities, nurturing leads, and understanding buyer personas.

Location: Hybrid, Markham, Ontario, Canada. Must have the ability to work in Canada without sponsorship.

What you will do

  • Progress assigned marketing Client Interests (CIs) and convert them into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
  • Pass new opportunities to business partners or hirify.global sales teams.
  • Focus on inbound client activity and achieve industry standard service levels.
  • Drive greater lead quality and new client acquisition.
  • Manage lead qualification, sales execution, and growth.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED.
  • Prospecting skills to identify new opportunities and nurture leads.
  • Digital research to understand buyer personas, influencing factors, and competitive insights.
  • Personal branding to establish expertise in your field.
  • Digital communications to leverage technology and messaging to reach clients and prospects.
  • Agility and adaptability to work as part of a cross-functional team and adapt to changing markets/client needs.
  • Ability to work in Canada without sponsorship.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Fluent/Advanced French Speaking.
