TL;DR
Engineering Manager (AWS/TypeScript): Leading an engineering team in a product-led agile organisation, delivering scalable technical solutions and maintaining operational excellence with an accent on coaching, agile delivery, and architectural alignment. Focus on guiding technical design, monitoring production systems with Platform Engineering, resolving incidents, and aligning engineering work with business goals.
Location: Hybrid working with regular office attendance; remote-only work is not offered. Office frequency and location depend on the role and team.

What you will do
- Lead, coach, and motivate a high-performing engineering team of at least four people.
- Collaborate with Product and Design on planning, sprint delivery, retrospectives, and incident resolution.
- Monitor production components with Platform Engineering and maintain operational excellence.
- Champion agile methodologies, quality standards, and best practices across Engineering, Product, and Design.
- Support technical designs, architectural alignment, innovation, and the technical roadmap.
- Engage stakeholders and align team delivery with business goals.
Requirements
- Experience working as an Engineering Manager in a high-performing, product-led agile organisation with multiple teams.
- Proven experience leading teams of at least four people, including regular one-to-one meetings, coaching, and constructive feedback.
- Extensive experience overseeing agile practices and ceremonies while ensuring high-quality delivery.
- Experience delivering scalable technical solutions using AWS and TypeScript.
- Ability to manage work in progress, resolve issues promptly, and collaborate with Platform Engineering.
- Experience developing technical solutions aligned with requirements, architectural standards, and business objectives.
