• Champion agile methodologies and best practices across Engineering, Product, and Design.
• Engage with stakeholders to align team goals with business interests.
• Support technical design solutions that meet requirements and align with architectural standards.

Requirements

• Experience as an Engineering Manager leading teams of at least four individuals.
• Extensive experience with agile methodologies and delivering high-quality scalable solutions.
• Proven ability to manage ongoing tasks and maintain smooth operations.
• Experience in guiding teams to develop technical solutions aligned with architectural standards.
