What you will do

• Drive cross-cutting strategic initiatives shaping product vision across the organization.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to learn and implement product-related solutions.
• Lead and implement complex program-level initiatives affecting multiple organizational units.
• Partner with stakeholders to balance market needs and roadmap priorities.
• Maintain product roadmaps aligned with business strategy and customer input.
• Set own goals and transition into a product leadership role after gaining experience.

Requirements

• Relocation support to Austria.
• English: Corporate language, proficiency expected (B2+).
• 10+ years of product management experience in software products.
• 7+ years in product lead roles with international environment experience.
• Strong entrepreneurial and growth mindset with leadership experience.
• Understanding of software intelligence, cloud technologies, AI, application security, and SaaS.

• Experience founding and leading own business in competitive software markets.
• Strong networking and communication skills, including C-level presentations.
