What you will do
- Drive cross-cutting strategic initiatives shaping product vision across the organization.
- Collaborate with multiple departments to learn and implement product-related solutions.
- Lead and implement complex program-level initiatives affecting multiple organizational units.
- Partner with stakeholders to balance market needs and roadmap priorities.
- Maintain product roadmaps aligned with business strategy and customer input.
- Set own goals and transition into a product leadership role after gaining experience.
Requirements
- Relocation support to Austria.
- English: Corporate language, proficiency expected (B2+).
- 10+ years of product management experience in software products.
- 7+ years in product lead roles with international environment experience.
- Strong entrepreneurial and growth mindset with leadership experience.
- Understanding of software intelligence, cloud technologies, AI, application security, and SaaS.
Nice to have
- Experience founding and leading own business in competitive software markets.
- Strong networking and communication skills, including C-level presentations.
