Location: Must be based in Vienna or open to relocating to Vienna, Austria.

Salary: Starting at €95,000 gross per year.

Что делать

  • Partner with the CPO to translate company vision into clear product roadmaps and execution plans.
  • Coach and develop a team of product managers through performance management and career growth.
  • Strengthen product craft including discovery, problem framing, and outcome measurement.
  • Lead quarterly planning cycles and ensure teams focus on high-impact opportunities.
  • Improve product processes and operating rhythms to remove systemic blockers.
  • Collaborate across Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Finance to align strategy with business goals.

Требования

  • Must be based in Vienna or open to relocating.
  • 6+ years of experience in Product Management with a focus on strategy and outcomes.
  • 2+ years of experience leading and coaching product managers.
  • Proven track record in consumer-facing digital products, ideally mobile-first.
  • Experience working across multiple teams or domains.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build trust across leadership and cross-functional teams.
