What you will do

• Act as the main point of contact and trusted advisor for multiple enterprise clients.
• Lead and coordinate onboarding and integration projects.
• Manage multiple client relationships simultaneously, ensuring contractual commitments and SLAs are met.
• Bridge business and technical conversations, translating requirements and resolving challenges.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with developers, QA, and commercial teams.
• Recommend and implement process enhancements for delivery efficiency.

Requirements

• 4+ years’ experience managing service or project delivery in SaaS or technology environments.
• Excellent communicator and relationship builder.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects.
• Technically fluent and curious, confident discussing APIs and integrations.
• Hands-on experience with SQL, Excel, or API tools is a plus.
• Self-driven with a proactive, adaptable mindset.
