Location: Onsite in San Francisco, USA, with mandatory office presence at least three days a week (Tuesday to Thursday)

What you will do

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of top-tier technical candidates.
• Proactively source, engage, and nurture relationships with technical talent using various tools and strategies.
• Screen and assess candidate qualifications and fit for open positions.
• Continuously refine and improve candidate pitches to attract top talent.
• Maintain accurate and organized candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Ensure a world-class candidate experience through timely communication and engagement.

Requirements

• Location: Must work onsite in San Francisco office at least three days a week (Tuesday to Thursday)
• Proven track record of full-cycle technical recruiting for a product company.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with authentic style.
• Experience using AI tools to enhance recruiting effectiveness.
• Relentless resourcefulness and passion for recruiting craft.
