What you will do

  • Identify and upsell prospects from product-led growth to enterprise plans
  • Develop expert-level insight on AI's impact in recruiting
  • Manage complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders from pitch to close
  • Provide market feedback to founders and product teams
  • Build a network with iconic companies

Requirements

  • 3+ years quota-carrying B2B sales experience
  • Experience with complex sales to mid-market or small enterprise tech customers
  • Proven success in fast-paced SaaS startups or scaleups
  • Strong customer orientation and authentic brand representation
  • Resilience, systematic approach, and motivation to win
