What you will do
- Partner with the Co-founder/CEO and GTM leaders to define hiring needs.
- Own end-to-end recruiting for GTM roles.
- Build and iterate on recruiting processes and tools.
- Advise leaders on talent availability and compensation trends.
- Craft exceptional candidate experiences.
- Track and communicate pipeline health and priorities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of end-to-end recruiting experience in GTM roles.
- Strong track record of partnering with GTM leaders.
- Deep familiarity with the San Francisco GTM talent market.
- Comfort building from 0-1 in recruiting processes.
- Strong pattern recognition in evaluating candidates.
- Comfort leveraging AI in recruiting.
