What you will do
- Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas driving company revenue and customer success.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand customer organizational structure, decision makers, and workflows.
- Match customer needs to solutions and articulate value propositions clearly.
- Build and manage a sales pipeline through inbound and proactive outbound prospecting.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate pricing, and serve as primary contact aligning internal teams with customers.
- Develop strategic execution plans and forecast sales activity and revenue.
Requirements
- Must be based in Germany and open to hybrid work.
- Fluent in German and English.
- 5-7 years of sales experience, preferably in SaaS.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills with business aptitude.
- Technologically savvy with ability to learn new technology quickly.
