TL;DR

Enterprise Solution Consultant (AI): Designing and delivering end-to-end cloud contact center solutions integrating omnichannel routing, AI engines, CRM, and analytics with an accent on AI deployment governance and technical presales support. Focus on guiding responsible AI use, conducting demos and presentations, and collaborating with sales and product teams to deepen client relationships.

What you will do

  • Support and enable technology and reseller partners with presales guidance, training, and technical coaching.
  • Communicate plans and progress to internal and customer organizations effectively.
  • Partner with Account Executives to sell solutions to enterprise and strategic companies.
  • Design cloud contact center solutions integrating AI, CRM, workforce optimization, and analytics.
  • Guide customers in responsible AI deployment using hirify.global’s AI Trust & Governance framework.
  • Support proof-of-concept and pilot implementations ensuring measurable outcomes.

Requirements

  • Location: Remote work based in Germany.
  • Fluency in English and German; additional European languages beneficial.
  • 8+ years of experience in relevant technical consulting or solution roles.
  • Experience with AI or conversational AI platforms including LLMs, NLP, generative AI, or virtual agents.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills across technical and executive levels.
  • Ability to travel 40-60% for customer engagements.

Nice to have

  • Experience with contact/call center software and CRM integration.
  • Knowledge of IP telephony, PBX, ACD, IVR, and unified messaging products.
  • Familiarity with prompt engineering, AI workflow configuration, or low-code integration frameworks.
  • Experience in workforce engagement, data analytics, interaction analytics, and quality management.
