What you will do

• Own the end-to-end customer onboarding experience across UI, API, and documentation.
• Introduce experimentation frameworks to optimize onboarding speed and conversion.
• Conduct competitive research and maintain a KYB Benchmark Playbook.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliant onboarding flows.
• Work closely with engineers to design and ship onboarding features.
• Champion a product-led culture through data-informed decision-making.

Requirements

• Experience in high-growth, customer-facing KYB and onboarding products.
• Deep understanding of KYB/AML processes and regulatory requirements.
• Strong background in building API-first and embedded products.
• Proven experience working with Compliance and Regulatory teams.
• Customer-obsessed mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
