What you will do

• Present and demonstrate the Figma platform to customers, showcasing its value.
• Support sales teams with technical expertise during pre-sales and post-sales engagements.
• Manage customer IT and security relationships, addressing security questionnaires and enterprise concerns.
• Collaborate with product and support teams to influence product roadmap and enhance account security.
• Design and scale technical sales efforts, facilitating communication between customers, sales, and product teams.
• Create content to support customers and internal partners around the Figma platform.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or near Tokyo, Japan for hybrid work
• 4+ years of sales engineering or solution consulting experience in SaaS.
• Native-level Japanese and high fluency in English (C1+).
• Strong communication skills and ability to deliver compelling presentations and demos.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and lead technical evaluations.

Nice to have

• Experience using or working with Figma or building design systems.
• Frontend development and developer lifecycle experience.
