Location: Requires some travel to client locations in Tokyo (at most 30% at peak times).

What you will do
- Support teammates across all departments with a "get it done" attitude for customers.
- Apply ’s robust capabilities to solve customer needs through creative thinking.
- Demonstrate curiosity and seek to learn more about your role and its impact.
- Build knowledge of the technical pre-sales world, learning about B2C engagement marketing, mobile marketing automation, APIs, and analytics.
Requirements
- Exemplary written and verbal communication skills coupled with unparalleled follow-up skills.
- Proven ability to work as a team player.
- Demonstrated intellectual curiosity.
- Domain knowledge of two or more of the following: SaaS, Mobile, APIs, Marketing Automation, Direct Marketing, Marketing Analytics, or Programming (even just HTML).
- At least 2 years of career work experience; pre-sales Solutions Consulting or Sales Engineering experience is helpful but not required.
