Salary: $322,600 - $483,800 per year (OTE)

What you will do

  • Lead and manage a team of Platform Account Executives focused on enterprise SaaS platforms.
  • Drive sales growth through strategic deal planning and execution.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to influence product roadmap and sales best practices.
  • Oversee hiring, onboarding, and team development.
  • Define sales support processes and programs to meet growth objectives.
  • Engage with strategic opportunities and executive relationships to deliver revenue growth.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of enterprise sales experience.
  • 3+ years of people management experience.
  • Ability to hire, coach, and motivate a high-performance sales team.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in business terms.
  • Location: South San Francisco, United States.
