Location: Must be based in Poland, onsite in Kraków

What you will do

  • Monitor incident channels and coordinate serious incidents with stakeholders
  • Lead post-incident follow-ups and maintain technical documentation
  • Ensure service stability by collaborating with development and infrastructure teams
  • Report service stability and issues to business and product owners
  • Plan service requirements including capacity upgrades and evergreening
  • Maintain documentation and ensure secure IT procedures for projects and BAU activities

Requirements

  • Residing in Poland is required
  • Strong English communication skills, including writing incident communications for senior stakeholders
  • At least 3 years experience in IT Service Management, Infrastructure, Software Support, or Project Management
  • Knowledge of ITIL or equivalent frameworks
  • Proactive, driven, and delivery-focused attitude

Nice to have

  • Hands-on experience with software development lifecycle
  • Knowledge of cloud infrastructure, ideally AWS
  • Familiarity with enterprise IT architecture and processes
