Strategic Partnerships Manager (Fintech): Develop and execute high-impact product partnership initiatives and strategies with major card network partners to enhance hirify.global's product offerings. Focus on negotiating commercial agreements, driving innovative payment solutions, and managing cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and external partners.

Location: Toronto, New York, South San Francisco HQ, or Chicago (Onsite)

Salary: $148,600 - $222,800 per year

What you will do

  • Drive new product partnership innovation with key card network partners.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements impacting payment acceptance costs.
  • Develop and execute partnership and product strategies aligned with hirify.global’s goals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams including Product, Engineering, Legal, Finance, and Risk.
  • Manage relationships and projects with global partners.
  • Represent hirify.global at partner and industry events.

Requirements

  • 8+ years experience in strategic partnerships, business or corporate development.
  • 5+ years experience related to payments or card networks.
  • Strong understanding of card network business models and dynamics.
  • Experience in product-centric environments with complex dependencies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder influence skills, including C-level engagement.
  • Must be located in or able to work onsite in Toronto, New York, South San Francisco, or Chicago.
