What you will do

• Monitor project execution within assigned portfolio, including resource planning and utilization tracking
• Verify financial KPIs and track project milestones
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and internal methodologies
• Support organization of status meetings and maintain stakeholder communication
• Review and analyze project risks to ensure profitability and secure execution
• Develop recommendations and corrective actions for project managers, including change management strategies

Requirements

• At least 5 years of PMO experience, preferably in banking sector
• Higher education in economics, administration, IT, or finance
• Fluent English
• Residing in Poland with willingness to attend Cracow office quarterly
• Strong analytical, organizational, negotiation, and communication skills
• Experience with AI-driven solutions, chatbot technologies, and automation
