TL;DR

Senior Scrum Master (Project Management): Enabling efficient Agile delivery and cross-team coordination within a SAFe environment with an accent on structured processes and organizational alignment. Focus on facilitating Scrum ceremonies, coaching teams, and coordinating SAFe events to ensure predictable execution.

Location: Must be residing in Poland, onsite in Wrocław

What you will do

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure adherence to Agile/SAFe practices
Coach and guide development teams to improve performance and Agile maturity
Collaborate closely with Product Owners and Project Managers to resolve impediments and ensure effective delivery
Participate in PI Planning and coordinate SAFe events
Implement continuous improvement initiatives across teams

Requirements

Minimum 5 years experience as Scrum Master
Fluent English (C1) for effective international communication
Practical experience with SAFe framework
Valid PSM I or PSM II certification
Experience as Project Manager or Product Owner is required or additional
Must reside in Poland
