TL;DR

Partner/GSE Account Manager (Fintech): Managing and growing strategic partnerships with Government Sponsored Enterprises and referral/channel partners with an accent on leading go-to-market strategies, product discovery, and revenue acquisition. Focus on designing new partner programs, iterating on solutions, and aligning efforts across multiple internal organizations.

Location: Hybrid (San Francisco, Denver, Nashville, Santiago, Chile). Individuals are expected to work from the office 3 days a week. A relocation stipend may be available for those willing to relocate to a hirify.global hub location.

Salary: $258,000–$304,000 USD (On-target Earnings OR Base Salary range, San Francisco, CA)

hirify.global is building a data platform to power safe and fair decisions, recognized on Forbes Cloud 100, and recently acquired Truework.

What you will do

  • Manage and grow executive-level relationships with Truework’s strategic partners (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Blend).
  • Lead strategy, go-to-market process, and product discovery, iteration, and releases for strategic partners.
  • Acquire new opportunities and revenue streams via partners to contribute towards continued growth.
  • Build and design the partner program on how to effectively manage and drive internal processes for the future.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of prior experience in tech or fintech.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and independent self-starter.
  • Effective communicator both internally and externally, with expert attention to detail.
  • Resourcefulness, creativity, and grit to push through obstacles and achieve results.
  • Must be able to work from the office 3 days a week in San Francisco, Denver, Nashville (USA) or Santiago (Chile).

Nice to have

  • Experience with data analysis and software concepts (e.g., APIs).
  • Experience with government entities or mortgage.
