What you will do

• Lead analysis efforts using process flows, screen mockups, data, and use cases to support product delivery.
• Perform feasibility and cost/benefit analyses to recommend system design improvements.
• Collaborate with engineering and business teams to ensure test coverage and requirements fulfillment.
• Evaluate existing and in-development systems for functionality, dependability, and maintainability.
• Work closely with electronic trading platforms including algorithmic trading and smart order routing.
• Manage execution quality standards appropriate to asset classes.

Requirements

• Must be located in the United States with hybrid onsite work every other week.
• No immigration sponsorship provided.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, or Business related field.
• 5+ years of experience in analysis and product delivery.
• Experience with REST API, SQL, JSON, and tools like Postman/Insomnia.
• Strong communication skills and ability to navigate ambiguity.

• Experience with electronic trading protocols such as FIX.
• Interest in market structures including crypto, FX, or equities.
