What you will do
- Design and execute structured onboarding programs to accelerate customer activation.
- Develop renewal readiness campaigns to reinforce customer value.
- Operationalize the customer lifecycle with personalized communications.
- Leverage AI to detect adoption gaps and automate lifecycle touchpoints.
- Run A/B tests to continuously improve lifecycle performance.
Requirements
- 7–10 years of experience in customer marketing or customer success roles (preferably SaaS).
- Proven ability to manage automated adoption and renewal programs.
- Deep understanding of B2B SaaS customer lifecycles.
- Experience with marketing automation tools.
- Strong analytical skills and storytelling abilities.
