Location: Hybrid (New York Office, 2 days onsite)

Salary: $180,000 - $250,000 USD

What you will do

  • Identify, qualify, and acquire new global BPO partners.
  • Build and maintain strong C-level relationships to drive revenue growth and customer retention.
  • Develop business plans to achieve partner-driven revenue goals and secure new customers.
  • Lead negotiations to establish partnership agreements optimizing resource allocation and risk management.
  • Own partner relationships end-to-end and coordinate communication channels.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams to drive partner success.

Requirements

  • Location: Based in or able to work hybrid in New York Office.
  • 4+ years experience in partner management, channel management, account management, or enterprise sales in the BPO industry.
  • Experience in customer contact center industry and with enterprise SaaS or cloud solutions.
  • Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving results.
  • English proficiency at least B2 level.
