Global Partnerships Manager (BPO): Leading growth and development of a global portfolio of BPO partners aligned with business goals with an accent on partnership acquisition, revenue growth, and cross-functional collaboration. Focus on building C-level relationships, negotiating agreements, and managing go-to-market initiatives with BPOs.
Location: Hybrid (New York Office, 2 days onsite)
Salary: $180,000 - $250,000 USD

is a fast-growing startup revolutionizing customer service with an AI-driven voice-first GenAI platform for contact centers, employing over 400 people globally.
What you will do
- Identify, qualify, and acquire new global BPO partners.
- Build and maintain strong C-level relationships to drive revenue growth and customer retention.
- Develop business plans to achieve partner-driven revenue goals and secure new customers.
- Lead negotiations to establish partnership agreements optimizing resource allocation and risk management.
- Own partner relationships end-to-end and coordinate communication channels.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams to drive partner success.
Requirements
- Location: Based in or able to work hybrid in New York Office.
- 4+ years experience in partner management, channel management, account management, or enterprise sales in the BPO industry.
- Experience in customer contact center industry and with enterprise SaaS or cloud solutions.
- Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving results.
- English proficiency at least B2 level.
