What you will do

• Partner with PMs, Engineering, and stakeholders to define product goals and make evidence-based decisions
• Conduct user research to uncover needs, behaviours, and opportunities
• Create clear, actionable prototypes, flows, and UI design
• Drive usability testing and rapid iteration
• Ensure consistency across the design system and contribute to its evolution
• Mentor other designers and help raise design quality and culture

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid work in London, UK with office presence required Tuesday to Thursday
• English: B2 level or higher required
• 5+ years of product design experience, ideally in fintech or fast-paced startup environments
• Strong mobile and web app design skills
• Experience leading complex discovery and translating insights into product direction
• Strong collaboration, feedback, and coaching skills

Nice to have

• Experience using AI tools to accelerate design workflow and creativity
• Ability to drive product improvements independently of frontend engineering cycles
• Expertise in UX writing
• Analytical skills and experience influencing cross-functional teams
