Senior Product Designer (Fintech)

Senior Product Designer (Fintech): Own complex product areas end-to-end including discovery, research, and production-ready design for fintech products with an accent on mobile and web app design, user research, and design system evolution. Location: Hybrid in London, UK with remote work allowed on Mondays and Fridays

What you will do
- Partner with PMs, Engineering, and stakeholders to define product goals and make evidence-based decisions
- Conduct user research to uncover needs, behaviours, and opportunities
- Create clear, actionable prototypes, flows, and UI design
- Drive usability testing and rapid iteration
- Ensure consistency across the design system and contribute to its evolution
- Mentor other designers and help raise design quality and culture
Requirements
- Location: Hybrid work in London, UK with office presence required Tuesday to Thursday
- English: B2 level or higher required
- 5+ years of product design experience, ideally in fintech or fast-paced startup environments
- Strong mobile and web app design skills
- Experience leading complex discovery and translating insights into product direction
- Strong collaboration, feedback, and coaching skills
Nice to have
- Experience using AI tools to accelerate design workflow and creativity
- Ability to drive product improvements independently of frontend engineering cycles
- Expertise in UX writing
- Analytical skills and experience influencing cross-functional teams
