What you will do

• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines partnering with Executive and Senior Leadership teams.
• Proactively source and engage top talent across global markets.
• Design and coordinate customized interview processes aligned with high hiring standards.
• Guide candidates through the interview process ensuring exceptional experience.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams using digital tools.
• Own the recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer acceptance and contribute to strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• Must be located in the United States or Canada with no visa sponsorship or assistance.
• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of recruitment experience including 4+ years in executive recruiting.
• Experience recruiting for professional services and enterprise-level roles with P&L ownership.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive talent hunter with a team-first mindset and ability to build trust with candidates and hiring managers.
