We are scaling and looking for a Recruiter to join our team.
Responsibilities:
-End-to-end recruitment: from role kickoff to candidate onboarding;
-Close collaboration with hiring managers: running intake/briefing sessions and aligning on requirements;
-Active sourcing (LinkedIn, databases, referrals);
-Candidate assessment with consideration of role and domain specifics;
-Improving candidate experience and recruitment processes.
Requirements:
-3+ years of experience in recruitment;
-Experience hiring for consulting and/or product roles;
-Ability to switch quickly between different types of vacancies;
-Strong ownership, structured approach, and accountability for results;
-Hands-on experience with direct sourcing.
