What you will do

  • Sell hirify.global products and solutions through inbound and outbound calls.
  • Build and execute complex sales strategies to meet goals and quotas.
  • Manage end-to-end sales process including pricing, negotiation, and quoting.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships to achieve revenue objectives.
  • Build and maintain sales forecasts and pipelines.
  • Participate in business reviews to identify opportunities and risks.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in Barcelona, Spain
  • 4-5 years of successful inside sales experience.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Fluent Dutch and business English required; additional European languages a plus.
  • Experience in quota carrying sales environment.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience.
