What you will do

• Create, own, and execute the regional marketing strategy for hirify.global products in EMEA.
• Run regionalized campaigns including workshops, dinners, webinars, direct mail, and digital marketing.
• Analyze sales pipeline and marketing KPIs to recommend improvements.
• Collaborate closely with Events, Digital, Brand, Partnerships, and Sales teams.
• Manage marketing budget allocation across partner, customer, and prospect activities.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or have deep knowledge of the EMEA region.
• Languages: Strong English and at least one of French, Italian, or Spanish required.
• Experience in B2B SaaS marketing and/or e-commerce industry.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Interest or experience in AI, HubSpot, Salesforce, and Wordpress preferred.
